Gary H San Antonio , TX June 11, 2016 The plastic left rear wheel was coming apart and needed replacing I decided if one needed replacing I might as well both two--made sense to me. None were available locally so I ordered them on-line. Surprisingly they came sooner than I expected. I also found a video on the internet that clearly showed the procedure. The actual repairs took 15 minutes or less. One good suggestion from the video was to run the screw in and out of the wheel bracket before final mounting. The video also suggested putting something under the corner to eliminate tipping. The replacement wheel assembly looks a little different than than the original but work fine. BTW, while you have the back cover off the frig, take time to vacuum out the dust and yuck. Pull the front panel too. Easy fix. Niles W Colorado Springs , CO November 15, 2019 Appliance: Model KENMORE REFRIGERATOR All four wheels had disintegrated black rubber had broken down I first ordered the listed roller assembly (front wheels) 2 wheels came one rear wheel and the screw. The information stated frequently bought together showing only one rear wheel (cabinet roller). I ordered the roller assembly wheels and one cabinet wheel by accident and one screw. The frequently bought together should include 2 cabinet rollers (rear wheels). I had to order a second rear (cabinet roller) which came later. The original rear wheels were the same diameter as the front wheels approximately 50mm. The rear cabinet wheels that I received were approximately 43mm in diameter. I replaced the front wheels first and then had to wait for the second rear wheel. I replaced the rear wheels. The installation went well and the small wheels on the rear appeared to work just fine.
