Andrew P Croton On Hudson , NY August 21, 2015 Appliance: Model KENMORE ULTRA WASH QUIET-GUARD Dashboard stopped working Ordered a replacement dashboard. Swapped it out. Easiest repair I've EVER done. 6 torx-head screws to get the dashboard off. Simple plastic pressure-tabs to release the internal cover, the latch mechanism and control board. Replaced the latch and control panel in the new dash board and screwed it all back in. I was done in 10 minutes. BTW, your service was GREAT. Ordered the part on Saturday, it arrived in Tuesday.
