It was diagnosed as a bad menbrane in the led console by a repair technican

It was diagnosed as a bad menbrane in the LED console by a repair technician. He then told us the machine was too old and the part was unavailable and suggested that we should come by his showroom and look at new ones. We paid him and upon leaving I went online and looked for the part # that he furnished and found that it was available for immediate shipment from appliancepartspro.com. The part came in the next day I installed in just a few minutes and it fixed the problem with the Maytag dryer.
