Jim R Austin , TX September 30, 2014 Appliance: Whirlpool Washer WFC7500VW1 The start button broke and the washer would not work I removed the top panel of the washer and removed the front console. since I could not order the button I was forced to order the console. you did a terrific job on taking my order and shipping it within the same day. I paid extra for the one day service and received my part around 630 pm because it is a residence.( I only wish they would have delivered it before noon with one day service) Once I unpacked the part it took me between 15 to 30 minutes to install. Put the washer back together and started washing clothes immediately. Again thank you for you service.
