Richard H Renton , WA February 10, 2016 The panel looked correct but no cycles would run for more than 5 mins nothing actually started Opened up the door panel to get at the control board. It had heat damage around the resistors. Replaced it. Trivial job, easy to get to everything. Don't take the old board out until the new board is available, remove wires from the old board, attach them to the new board as you go. T-20 power screwdriver/drill makes it go fast. NOTE: the button panel is temporarily attached to the main board for shipping by a screw. Remove the screw or you will be very confused. Patricia D Edgewater , MD December 02, 2014 Would not come on! We called a repair guy - $69.95 to come to the house. He said that the control board was bad. Called us back with estimate to fix - $350.00 more. We then looked at your web-site because the week before my daughter's dishwasher was broken - she looked on U-tube and found out how to fix - got a part from you and fixed it herself. So we figured we would try and fix our self. Found the part on the your web-site called the most wonderful customer service person. Called at about 11:00 on Friday and the part arrived Sat. afternoon. Sunday we put the new part in and the dishwasher works great! Read More...
