Whirlpool W11567368 Control Assembly OEM Part

Exchange one MB with another MB. Just had to plug colored wires into the proper color code.

Ordered new part, my son installed it very easy .Fixed the problem

Easy Peary …. Replaced control unit assembly in about 10 minutes using a simple square drive screwdriver. Wiyhout a doubt, the easiest appliance repair I ever made. The replacement control assembly was a bit expensive, but well worth the price considering a full replacement stove would have been 4x the repair cost.

Purchased new control board. Be aware, the range has several different types of screws drives. The job took less time to repair (maybe 10 minutes) than trying to fish out the dropped screw on the front panel bottom that fell behind the panel. BTW, make sure you have a short Phillips screw driver or small ratchet set.

A quick internet search led me to change the control module. I suspected that anyway. You Tube had a video of how to do it, real easy. Whirlpool website was iffy to me then I found Appliance Parts Pros. The price was about what I expected (I had seen some much more) and when I saw their shipping time claim of 1.7 day average I thought meh…. It’s Labor Day weekend so….. I was impressed when FedX showed up 2 lays later with the part, exactly like the failed unit. Quick change out and testing of functions then all was well. Definitely will use again.
