Bartley T Oak Harbor , WA June 23, 2014 Appliance: Maytag Washer- Horizontal Axis MAH5500BWW Circuit board damaged by burned up drain pump motor Drain pump motor burned up, melting the electrical connector. Got a wiring harness from eBay and cut/spliced connector. Got pump from these guys and installed it. Then got "FL" error (door failed to lock). Got chassis wiring info to meter wiring harness through lock solenoid from these guys, and it checked good. Asked them to validate my troubleshooting steps, which they did. Ordered and installed the circuit board and everything works fine. Replacing the pump was about 30 minutes and the circuit board another 45 minutes. Their videos that show how to replace the parts are really helpful, took all of the uncertainty out of doing something I had never done before.
