Stephanie N Tillery , NC September 09, 2015 Appliance: Whirlpool Refrigerator GI5SVAXVL01 The touch panel wouldn't switch from water to ice; the temp controls wouldn't adjust freezer or refrigerator temps; lights blinked red when controls touched Replaced the Dispenser Keyboard Overlay and Control Board in about 5 minutes. No tools were required. The hardest part was removing all the sticky residue from the plastic panel that the old overlay left behind. I found that alcohol wipes did a great job at getting it off. We are back to 100% functional for under $200, and I couldn't be happier! Reading different posts on this site prior to ordering these parts helped to assure us that these were the parts we needed to replace. Thanks so much!
