Sharon M Hillsboro , NJ January 29, 2015 Touchpad controls not responding I have a 6yr old Maytag dishwasher (Legacy Series, QuietSeries 300), which is used, maybe, 2x a month. The touchpad started to fail intermittently. I then researched the problem, watching many repairs on Youtube. After locating the correct part and speaking with ApplianceParts I felt confident enough to give it a shot. The replaced control was just the problem. The only difficult part was detaching the bundle of white wires and black wires from the old handle mechanism.
