Starr W East Stroudsburg , PA November 12, 2014 Appliance: Model 110 4647 2500 My 9 year old kenmore he 2 stopped working during the rinse cycle the blinking lights indicated a f11 ec Well after Two different appointments and TWO different sears technicians looked at my machine, one indicated the CCU was bad, replaced it and still nothing, the second tech indicated the MCU was bad, he placed the MCU on a emergency order, 6 days later still no part and the Sears parts department said the part would be on back order for a couple more weeks, UNACCEPTABLE! (O_o). I located AppliancePartsPros.com, found the part I desperately needed, made the call and placed the order by noon. By 3:PM the next day my part arrived at my front door. It took me an hour to remove the old MCU (located in the back of the machine on the lower left back area on this particular model) but within minutes I had the new one installed. I Plugged in the machine held my breath and to my amazement once I pushed the start button it started working. So far its been a week and the machines running like new! Needless to say, I cancelled my order and appointments with sears and will never again call upon them for any reason...... Thank you so much AppliancePartsPros you have my recommendation!
