Description

The Convection Motor is an OEM part for Whirlpool ranges. It circulates heated air around foods for even baking and roasting results.  

Causes of a bad convection motor relate to the seizing of motor windings caused by ongoing heat stress inside ovens.

Symptoms of a bad convection motor include:

  • Lack of air circulation noticeable during use
  • Longer cooking times needed to finish foods
  • Strange noises coming from inside the oven wall
  • The motor not powering on or spinning at all

This OEM replacement is compatible also with Maytag, KitchenAid, Jenn-Air and other wall ovens.

Cooling fan and convection fan both making my oven show error codes sorry but i don't remember the #

I read on your diagnostic pages and determined I needed to replace both fans. Watched a video on replacement. Was told it would take 2 to 3 hours. Got both replaced in just over an hour. Works great. I'm 78years old. Very pleased.
