John M Carlsbad , CA November 10, 2015 The roll trac wheels broke off so i ordered a new cover with the wheels I saw that this model number was equivalent to mine based on a question from another customer and the response by one of your techs. The cover fit fine but the glass I had from my cover was about an 1/8th to long. Other than that worked fine and service getting the part was great. Hugh A New Orleans , LA August 08, 2015 Appliance: KitchenAid Refrigerator KSRX25FSST01 Pieces of roller had broken off each drawer frame ("covers") causing drawers to hang Snapped the replacements into place. Repair was easy, but the meat pan cover was not exactly as the one that came in the original fridge, though it is considered a match, so there is a slight catch when pulling the drawer.
