Jessica S Flagstaff , AZ May 13, 2017 Appliance: Model WP34001178 Outer cover door cracked near top hinge This was the easiest of repairs. Removed the door using philips screwdriver on all the screws. Seperate the outer ring from the glass and inner ring. Clip the plastic 1 piece handle into the new ring, sandwich everything back together, tighten the 4 screws around the locking mechanism end only to keep everything together and then set the door back on the hinge. It would help to have someone hold the door while you tighten the screws, but I managed to do it alone. Took me a total of 15 minutes from start to finish, using 1 philips screwdriver, and that includes the time it took to wipe the parts clean after I took it apart.
