Michael S Wichita Falls , TX September 18, 2015 Refrigerator water and ice maker buttons were broken I found the part on Appliance Parts Pros.com. It was an uncommon part I assume, which more than likely does not wear out that often, so I was told it was placed on back-order. As soon as the part came in, it was a simple one for one swap-tronics and it was a very easy and simple repair. The part was the push button keypad for our Whirlpool Conquest stainless side by side refrigerator. Our children would not stop playing with the buttons and eventually wore them out, and they became unresponsive in the lock-out mode. Thank you so much Appliance Parts Pros.com for your help, now our family circus can once again enjoy ice and water!
