Wayne W Northridge , CA June 26, 2015 Appliance: Model KITCHEN AID KSS42DB Sorted diffuser from replacing fridge interior lite switch that broke Removed upper control panel in top front of fridge ( 3 screws ) unplugged board ( 2 connectors ) swapped in new board . just slides into 2 slots . and reassembled . the plastic diffuser that goes in the rear top left corner of fridge redirects the air down the back of all the shelves instead of just top shelf towards the door . seems to work better , more even temp on all shelves .
