Then I removed the phillips head screws holding the inner door to the outer door panel. I then removed the hex head screws holding the dispenser assembly. The electrical connection needs to be disconnected and then reverse the procedure to install the new dispenser. Restore power to the dishwasher and your done. My husband and I followed the video step by step and got it done!! After chatting with Robin, the APPros tech person, she confirmed that my chopper assembly was broken. I ordered the new chopper, paid for the cheapest shipping and was absolutely shocked to see it arrive the next morning!! I went ahead and installed it, and ran the Glisten Cleaner.
