Robert S Temple , TX September 04, 2018 Appliance: Model 665.14753N510 Sliding door on the soap dispenser malfunctioned and failed to open during operation New Sears Kenmore Elite Dishwasher. Soap dispenser failed after 3 years. (Sears - go figure) After viewing self-help video, I removed the 10 screws from the inside, and opened the "clam-shell" door. Unplugged and removed the inoperable part. Inserted the replacement part, plugged it in and put the screws back in. Bingo! You made it look easy enough, so I ordered the part from you (couldn’t beat the price compared to other sites). The wiring was different on my dishwasher but would allow me to move the front of the door to one side while I removed the dispenser. Everything else went just as you described. Like having a handyman by my side. You saved me a lot of $$. Thank you! (The project took longer because I didn’t have the correct tool to remove screws from the door.
