Robert S Temple , TX September 04, 2018 Appliance: Model 665.14753N510 Sliding door on the soap dispenser malfunctioned and failed to open during operation New Sears Kenmore Elite Dishwasher. Soap dispenser failed after 3 years. (Sears - go figure) After viewing self-help video, I removed the 10 screws from the inside, and opened the "clam-shell" door. Unplugged and removed the inoperable part. Inserted the replacement part, plugged it in and put the screws back in. Bingo!
