Richard H Hockessin , DE September 29, 2014 Appliance: Model R25AWXXW00 The refrigerator door would hang open about 2" from closing Found broken piece of plastic door cam on floor. Looked up diagram on Appliance Parts Pros sight. Found cam listed. Called and talked to customer support specialist "Dana" . She was very knowledgeable about the pieces and recommended the complete repair kit. I am glad she did as the upper cam on the door was a bit worn as well. I had looked at your video about replacing the cam -- glad I did because I was going to take the door completely off by removing the upper hinge. In the video the instructor showed blocking up the door and removing the lower hinge. Had a bad accident over Labor day and can't walk for maybe 3 months. This repair was done by laying on the floor. Refrigerator hinge wears out much faster than freezer hinge... Door opened much more often and more stuff stored on the fridge door, so its way heavier... I also added a touch of white lithium grease when I put everything back together.
