Richard H Hockessin , DE September 29, 2014 Appliance: Model R25AWXXW00 The refrigerator door would hang open about 2" from closing Found broken piece of plastic door cam on floor. Looked up diagram on Appliance Parts Pros sight. Found cam listed. Called and talked to customer support specialist "Dana" . She was very knowledgeable about the pieces and recommended the complete repair kit. I am glad she did as the upper cam on the door was a bit worn as well. I had looked at your video about replacing the cam -- glad I did because I was going to take the door completely off by removing the upper hinge. In the video the instructor showed blocking up the door and removing the lower hinge. Had a bad accident over Labor day and can't walk for maybe 3 months. This repair was done by laying on the floor. Hoorah for the video. cleaned the coils and drain pan as well. Read More... 41 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes Tools: Socket Set

Fred F Frankston , TX September 28, 2014 2 appliances 2 problems: broken door closer on freezer door and water connection union on refrigerator/freezer water line Removed freezer door and laid it on it's side, removed both pieces; one mounted to bottom of door and one mounted to door hinge. Replaced with matching pieces from kit and replaced door. When attempting to remove freezer door of refrigerator/freezer I pulled the water line out incorrectly and damaged the union. After learning how to do it correctly the other side came out easy and without damage. When the appliance was back in place I replaced the doors and pushed the water lines back into each end of the new union. Hooked up the water line at the back and turned on the valve at the hot water heater. Hooray, no leaks!
