David S Pearland , TX October 11, 2026 Appliance: Maytag Refrigerator MFI2569VEM0 A plastic fin broke off the end of the auger which pushes ice out of the door I had to replace the entire ice Bin Assembly rather than just the plastic fin on the auger which broke. I could not find a way to buy the plastic fin only. Replacement was obviously easy -- pull the old bin out and slide the new bin in. Less than 1 minute. The Dairy Door was an easy replacement also. My original one cracked when it got bumped and fell to th floor. Pop the old one out, push the new one in. Less than 1 minute. Read More...
