Jason S Cocoa , FL April 06, 2019 Ice door had broken mounting clips. I was able to remove the ice flap without removing the dispenser face. The rubber seal was extremely dirty so I had ordered a new seal as well. To install I had to get a small hook tool to pull the control arm onto the flap catch hooks from inside the door, but after that the top clips popped on and was done. It finally got so bad, I had to have it fixed. After watching 3 short very informative videos on AppliancePartsPros.com, I decided to order the parts the videos showed related to the frosting ice shoot. The parts arrived earlier than I expected, each part looked exactly as pictured on the website, and the replacement could not have been any easier, thanks to their videos. I'm 70 with NO previous appliance repair experience, but because Appliance Parts Pros demonstrated so clearly, step by step instructions, for a full week now we don't have any frosting ice shoot problem. Andy M Springfield , OH August 01, 2015 Appliance: Amana Refrigerator ARSE66ZBC My ice chute seal had broken loose from the ice dispenser I was able to order both the seal and plastic mount the opens to allow ice out through the door. The replacement took less that 2 minutes and did not require removing any other parts. The replacement parts I ordered from appliancepartspros.com fit perfect and I would highly recommend them.
