Description

This ice door seals and controls the ice chute to keep cold air in and help dispense ice cleanly. Replaces a cracked or warped chute door to reduce ice jams and improve dispenser performance. What it does:

• Covers the ice chute to prevent warm air and moisture from entering the ice compartment
• Opens and closes to allow ice to pass into the dispenser or ice bin
• Helps reduce ice clumping and dripping that can cause jams or excess frost
• Commonly replaced when the door is cracked, broken, warped, or no longer seals
