Janet G Franklin , PA May 21, 2016 Door of maytag microwave had several hairline cracks local store where we purchased the oven could not find a replacment Ordered the door from AppliancePartsPros.com, it came within a few days. After using live chat for assistance Nathan S. sent me a link to the YouTube video on how to remove and replace the door. We watched the video, followed along and had it all done with in a few short moments! The video was awesome, clear and easy to follow. Also replaced the filters while we had the grill removed. Our local store where we purchased the oven had been telling me the filters were too expensive and really didn't need to be replaced. They were less than 12.00 for both and really did need to be replaced after 6 years! Every time I called to schedule a service call, they would tell me it wasn't necessary to replace or clean the filters. Lazy! From now on I will order from AppliancePartsPros.com and do the repair myself (with help from the YouTube videos)! Awesome customer service via Live Chat.
