Allen B Broken Arrow , OK December 24, 2016 Appliance: Model WHIRLPOOL BRAVO Broken handle on dryer door After figuring out what the part number was I called appliance parts pro and spoke to a customer service rep who helped me order part. Part arrived within 3 days as promised. Once I had part, my 13 yr old and I removed dryer door from unit. We then started to disassemble the dryer door to remove front panel which broken handle was a part of. Once that was done it literally was a snap to install new front panel. The piece snapped in place on all four sides and secured with four pan head screws. We then proceeded to rehang the door by its two original hinges. Once it was hung we had to do a little adjustment to align door and we were done. It was not an overwhelming job. It was a great opportunity to spend some quality dad/daughter time while working together to fix our dryer. Read More... Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 15-30 minutes Tools: Screwdrivers
