This surface element infinite switch controls power to a cooktop burner so you can set and maintain cooking heat. Replace a faulty switch to restore smooth, adjustable heating and reliable on/off cycling on your range's top burner.

• Disconnect power at the breaker or unplug the range before servicing
• Remove the control panel/backguard to access the switch, then pull the knob off the shaft
• Photograph and move wires one at a time to matching terminals (e.g., L1, L2, H1, H2, P) on the new switch
• Mount the switch, reassemble, restore power, and test all heat settings
