Paul W Jersey City , NJ January 25, 2015 Oven wasn't preheating Had a repair person come into my home and he suggested a different ($200) part, labor would have been another $125. Seeing that it would cost almost $400 fix it, we were just going to buy a new oven. The next day, I called Appliancepartpros and spoke to someone from their support. I explained the symptoms and they suggested this $50 part and told me that I could return it, even if it didn't work. Figured I had nothing to lose. Based on the diagram they sent, I was able to fix the oven (I'm a novice). Really happy with the service from APP. Will be back in the future.
