Description

This 300mm, 3000W radiant surface element restores the large cooking zone on a smooth-top range or cooktop. Replace it to bring back consistent, even heating when the large burner stops working or only heats partially. What it does:

• Supplies radiant heat to the large surface burner beneath the glass cooktop
• Common fix for a burner that won't heat, only part of the ring glows/heats, or shows a visible burned spot/break
• Helps restore even heating and proper cycling when the original element has failed

Install notes:

• Disconnect power at the breaker and allow the cooktop to cool fully before servicing
• Lift/remove the glass top per service instructions to access the elements; support the glass and keep insulation in place
• Transfer mounting hardware and wires one at a time to matching terminals; handle the ceramic element carefully—it is fragile
• Reassemble and test the burner for proper operation before returning to use
