Description

This rotary encoder mounts behind the washer's cycle knob and tells the main control which setting you select. When it fails, selections may be erratic or unresponsive. Replacing it restores accurate, dependable cycle selection. What it does

• Detects the position of the cycle selector knob
• Sends selection signals to the main control board
• Enables precise cycle and option changes
• Common symptoms: knob turns but lights don't follow, random/incorrect selection, can't select a cycle, won't start

Install notes
