Description
This is an escutcheon assembly that mounts on the deli or meat pan drawer and houses the humidity or temperature control slide. It provides the frame and mechanism that lets you adjust airflow to keep deli meats and cheeses at the proper temperature. Replace this part if the slide is broken, the escutcheon is cracked, or you can no longer adjust the drawer's temperature setting.
