Whirlpool WP311068 Oven Selector Knob Dial - Black OEM Part

The parts were a perfect fit. The old ones were held by one screw, and came out easily. The new escutcheons fit perfectly and attached with the old screws. Everything is now easily readable.

Very easy to fix with just a screwdriver. But best of all the parts got here in 2 days when al the other stores said it would take a week or more. kudos!

Easy as pie less then 5 min.

The heating element fix is very easy - just remove two screws holding the element in place, gently pull the element to expose the connected wires, unplug the wires, plug in the new element, screw it back in, and voila....perfectly working oven! Over time the numbers on the dials had become rubbed off from cleaning, so it was difficult to know if we were selecting the right temp. Just pull the selector knob off, remove the 1 screw holding it in, pull out the old Escutchen, put in the new one, put the screw back in (don't over tighten), push the selector knob back on, and you're done!

Replaced them with new escutcheons and eveything works great and you see the information on knobs.
