However, they don't make the "flex row" tines anymore and there was, therefore, a big "hole" in the dishrack that arrived. I could fit a large pot in the space, but no dishes (they'd fall through). KitchenAid and Whirlpool don't even sell the parts anymore. But, to the rescue comes AppliancePartsPros.com. I was able to order the correct parts and put them in with no difficulty, once I viewed the very handy video. Thank you so much.
