This is the outer door frame that surrounds the dryer door panel, providing structural support and a finished appearance. It holds the door glass or panel in place and attaches to the front of the dryer cabinet. Replace this frame if it is cracked, warped, or broken, which can cause the door to not close securely or create an unsightly gap.
