Paula M Keller , TX March 20, 2017 Appliance: Maytag Refrigerator RSW2400EAE Two shelves in the door of our fresh foods had broken hooks and fell off We ordered the hooks for the shelf that had replaceable hooks. Susan was the Customer Rep that guided us through this process. I can't say enough good things about her or the company. Our 21 year old refrigerator that worked fine except for having broken shelves in the door is fixed!
