Rachel A Arlington , VA August 12, 2014 The "pick off" that goes at the bottom inside of the door had broken and wouldn't stick in the door I removed the broken Pick-Off, and replaced it with the new one. This just involved catching the hooks in the holes in the door and sliding the Pick-Off into place.
