Description
This gasket seals the basket to the center shaft to help prevent leaks and reduce noise from worn or damaged seals. It restores a proper seal between the tub/basket and the drive shaft for reliable operation. What it does:
- Seals the gap between the basket/tub and the center drive shaft to help prevent water from leaking into the motor/tub area
- Helps reduce rubbing noise caused by a worn or torn seal
- Restores a tight fit after seal failure, wear, or damage
- Common symptom: water leakage from the tub area or visible wear around the shaft opening
