Description

This magnetic door gasket seals the perimeter of the refrigerator or freezer door to keep cold air in and humidity out. Replacing a worn gasket restores a tight seal, stabilizes temperatures, and helps reduce frost and energy use. What it does:

• Creates an airtight magnetic seal between the cabinet and door liner
• Helps maintain proper interior temperature and efficiency

Install notes:

• Disconnect power and clear door bins/shelves for access
• Warm the new gasket in hot water or with low heat to relax and straighten before installation
• Seat the gasket evenly around the perimeter; ensure the lip is fully engaged in the channel (loosen retainer screws if your model uses them)
• Close the door and check for uniform contact; re-seat corners or adjust hinges as needed. Allow up to 24 hours for the gasket to fully conform.
