Alan A Eugene , OR April 04, 2017 Appliance: Maytag Refrigerator MFI2569VEM2 Door gasket was torn The new gasket arrived in a box half the size of the gasket so the gasket was folded to fit into the box. I hung the new gasket up for a couple of hours and then just prior to installation used a hair dryer as per included instructions to soften the gasket and minimize minor wrinkles in the gasket. The old gasket came out easily and the new went in easily. A 5 minute job in total. Read More... 5 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes

Ricchard L Bellevernon , PA October 07, 2015 Appliance: Maytag Refrigerator MFI2269VEW10 Refrigerator door gaskets needed replaced The gaskets arrived the day after ordering. Dennis H Mililani , HI June 07, 2015 I had mold growing on refrigerator and freezer door gaskets With the help of the customer service representative via chat, AppliancePartsPros.com sold me the correct gaskets. Watching their video on the replacement of the gaskets gave me confidence to tackle the job with proper preparation like letting the gaskets sunbathe. It turns out that the Maytag Ice 2.0 has gasket recesses in the door frames. This meant installation took much less time and likely frustration. Hopefully the refrigerator/freezer is high enough off of the floor for good air circulation and the gaskets give a good seal so that the outside condensation doesn't return. The video was straight forward. Readers' comments on Yelp helped also. Thank you for having the correct gaskets, people who know what they are selling, and the informative video.
