Chef D Los Alamos , CA November 08, 2019 Worn body mount on Kitchenaide stand mixer I replaced the column and the gear casing. Took about 45 minutes, would be faster if I had done it before. Fairly straightforward. I did find that most of the screws in the interior of the gear casing and motor mount were partly stripped, prior to me opening the casing. If you're doing this repair in the future, I recommend ordering replacement screws as a back up. Read More...
