Description
This genuine OEM part is an outer glass door assembly for ovens. The outer glass door assembly covers the outermost part of the oven door. If the door is no longer shutting or opening properly it might need to be replaced. Luckily replacing this door is a relatively simple process. To replace the door assembly, begin by unplugging the oven. Once unplugged, open the damaged door assembly and locate the hinge brackets on the side of the door. Remove the screws from the mounting brackets. Once remove, gently lift the door off the hinges. Set to the side and place the new door directly on the hinges. Refasten the screws that secure the door, and close the new oven door. Make sure that it opens and shuts smoothly.This replacement part is sold individually and is compatible with Frigidaire, Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, Jenn-Air, Amana, Magic Chef, Admiral, Norge, Roper, and Sears/Kenmore brand refrigerators.
