David S Bowling Green , KY March 12, 2014 Appliance: Model WHIRLPOOL RBD275VPB00 DOUBLE OVEN GLASS Oven glass shattered on whirlpool double oven. My wife thought we should order an entire door or replace the ovens! I found AppliancePartsPros online. Ordered the wrong part only realizing this after taking the door apart. I then called customer service and Mr. Chris Norwood handled my call. He cancelled my order and found the correct glass for me. This was about 3pm on a Fri. The part arrived the next day (Sat) and I had it installed using only 2 screw drivers in about 40 minutes (I could do it again in half the time). My wife now thinks way too much of my abilities to fix things!!!!! Chris Norwood was my answer to prayer.
