This black grille extension replaces a damaged or faded lower front trim to restore the appliance's finished appearance and help direct airflow at the base. Fits models that use the WPW10283946 grille extension. What it does:
- Covers and protects the lower front opening of the appliance while providing a finished look
- Helps channel air intake/exhaust at the base so the appliance can ventilate properly
- Replaces cracked, warped, or discolored trim that no longer sits flush or locks into the cabinet
- Visible cosmetic fix that can eliminate rough edges or gaps at the toe-kick area
