Sean S Hollywood , FL June 07, 2014 Appliance: KitchenAid Washer KHWS01PMT3 F11 error code Installed new ccu board and mcc board and still had the error code of f11 so I checked the wire from the ccu to the mcu and found that the Wire connector that is blue 3 wires on it was broke so I replaced the whole wire harness and it fixed the problem. John B Frisco , TX December 23, 2017 F 11 code and dl code Ordered a new ECB and wiring harness. I installed the new ECB in about 45 minutes then tested the machine before opening the wiring harness box. The ECB appears to have been the problem as we have run 8 loads of wash without an issue. Everyone at APP was great. Helped diagnose the problem and provide the correct parts.
