Description

This heater is the dryer heating assembly that produces the hot air needed to dry clothes. Replaces a worn or failed heater so your dryer can reach operating temperatures and dry loads efficiently. What it does:

• Generates heat for the dryer drum so clothing dries during normal cycles
• Commonly replaced when the dryer runs but produces little or no heat
• Addresses long dry times or loads that remain damp after a full cycle
• Works with the dryer's thermal cutoff/thermostats to regulate temperature
