Description

This orifice holder mounts beneath the surface burner head on gas ranges/cooktops, routing gas from the valve through the orifice and supporting the igniter. Replacing a damaged holder restores consistent flame and reliable burner ignition.

• Directs gas from the surface burner valve to the orifice and burner head
• Supports the burner base and provides a mounting point for the igniter/electrode
• Helps maintain proper flame height and pattern
• Common symptoms include a burner that won't light, intermittent ignition, or uneven/weak flame

Includes: 1 orifice holder

• Disconnect power and shut off the gas supply before servicing
• Remove grates, burner caps, and burner heads to access the holder
• Transfer the orifice spud and igniter/electrode from the old holder to the new holder as required
• After reassembly, turn gas back on and check all connections with a non-corrosive leak-detection solution; verify proper burner ignition and flame
