Whirlpool WP99001355 Dishwasher Door Latch Hook OEM Part

Got my son to fix it for me. He had to pull the dishwasher out from under the counter to reach the remaining part of the door latch. He removed the spring mechanism and placed it onto the new replacement latch and replaced the single screw holding the latch onto the dishwasher. Took him about half an hour. It's good to have sons!

Installed door latch assembly with switch contacts supplied with the assembly. After troubleshooting, found out it was only 1 of 2 switch contacts that were bad.
