David F Berlin , MD April 12, 2021 Our 11 year old Maytag clothes washer had an ld error code and we suspected the water pump was bad there was a hum when the machine was trying to pump the water We found the pump online at AppliancePartsPros.com for our model of Maytag. When we found the part, there was a video posted that was for our exact pump and washer. After watching it, we called Appliance Parts Pros to verify the part. The customer service representative was incredibly helpful and confirmed our diagnosis. We ordered the pump as well as hoses and clamps in case we needed them. We ordered them overnight delivery and the customer service rep said that we might not receive it overnight because of Covid issues in delivery services. To our pleasant surprise, the parts did arrive the next day. We followed the excellent step-by-step video and were able to wash clothes that evening. Thanks for an overwhelmingly positive experience.
