Green F Oneonta , AL January 17, 2026 Ice maker frozen and no ice available Thawed out the ice-maker area and finally got the cracked bin removed. Took out the ice-maker assembly by pressing the side tabs and unplugging the connector. Found the ice tray was cracked, which caused the leaking and freezing issues. Called a local appliance parts store, but the ice-maker assembly and ice bin were over $500. Ordered from you instead and saved almost $200.
