Description

This surface ignitor is the spark electrode that lights gas burners on a cooktop or range. It restores reliable spark-based ignition so burners light quickly and consistently when the control is turned on. What it does:

• Creates the spark that ignites gas at the burner for normal burner operation
• Helps stop continuous clicking or no-flame conditions when functioning correctly
• Restores proper ignition when a worn or cracked electrode fails to spark

Install notes:
