Zeigler Paul Bartolome H Honolulu , HI December 16, 2014 Appliance: Maytag Washer MHW8000AG0 Every time i push the start button it just automatically shuts off most of the controls doesn't respond Upon experiencing the problem, I immediately dismantled the control pad and checked it. I found bleach oxidation buildups on the bottom part of the pad's circuit board. While removing the buildups, I noticed that most of the circuit board's lines were damaged. Searched the internet for parts, went in to different sites but AppliancePartsPros was my best option. Browse through the site and the system was very easy to follow until I found the part I need. But still, though the diagram shows exactly what I need, I couldn't see the actual circuit board. So I decided to get help from one of the agent named Ashlee. What can I say, she has given me all the attention I need and what any customers would want; Assurance, Detailed Info, Account Security, and a lot more. After receiving the part, I immediately installed it and the washer is now working fine. Truly Ashlee is a company asset, and is highly commendable performing her job well. Thank You Read More...
