Andrew S Marietta , GA March 21, 2014 Washplate not rotating. Spline had been worn out. Removed cap on top of washplate by prying it off with screwdriver. Removed single bolt holding washplate and lifted washplate off of shaft. Removed round metal wear plate on bottom of washplate and placed on new washplate. Slid new washplate onto shaft aligning splines. Replaced bolt and snapped on cap.
