Donald M Mount Juliet , TN March 12, 2014 Water leak due to broken inner door shroud Wife attempted to wash a throw rug with a non slip backing. The backing burned a large hole in the plastic inner door shroud during the spin cycle which allowed water to leak out of washer every subsequent wash. The washer is a 16 year old Maytag Neptune. I ordered the replacement shroud and a new latch spring (the old one was rusted), and replaced both. The replacement shroud came with detailed instructions and no special tools were required.
